How does Porsche Passport work?
Members use the Porsche Passport app to request their next vehicle, including when and where they would like it delivered. A concierge will deliver the new vehicle, transfer your personal items over to the new vehicle, and ensure you are all set to go. Flip into a new model as often as you would like. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect vehicle for any occasion.
Is Porsche Passport the same as Porsche Drive?
It is not. Porsche Passport is an all-inclusive monthly subscription service. Porsche Drive is our on demand rental service. You can find out more about Porsche Drive here.
What is included in a Porsche Passport membership?
Every membership includes rights to a vehicle, insurance, unlimited flips between vehicles and 2,000 miles (2,500 km) per month, including rollover miles. The concierge team delivers hand-detailed vehicles to any location within the service area. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving.
What vehicles are included with Porsche Passport?
Porsche Passport offers a variety of vehicles across both plans.
Cayman, Cayman S, Boxster, Boxster S, Macan, Macan S, Cayenne, and Panamera.
911, 911 S, 911 4S, 911 Cabriolet, 911 Cabriolet S, Panamera 4S, Macan GTS, Cayman GTS, Boxster GTS, and Cayenne S. Accelerate members also have access to the full Launch fleet.
How does Porsche Passport pick the perfect vehicle for me?

How does insurance work?
Insurance is included with all Porsche Passport subscriptions. All approved drivers are covered by the Porsche Passport insurance policy. Policy highlights:

How long can I keep a vehicle?
As long as you want!
There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips can be. Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance. However, we'll flip you into a fresh vehicle that is similar to the one you have.
How new are the vehicles?
Launch and Accelerate vehicles are the current model year. Each vehicle is detailed before and after it goes to a member.
How do I join Porsche Passport?
Download our app here. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a debit card, select a plan and provide a picture of your driver's license. We will verify your information and check your driving history. We may need to speak with you during that process. It most cases we can process your application within a few days. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip.
Is Porsche Passport in my area?
Porsche Passport is live in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ; San Diego, CA; and Toronoto, ON. You can find maps of our service areas on the membership pages of each respective city.
If you live outside the service area, we can help you find a convenient place to flip within the service area. However, we do restrict service to members with a home address within a 30-mile (50-km) radius.
Who is eligible to join Porsche Passport?
Anyone 21 years of age or over with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
How do I receive my first vehicle?
Once accepted, your Passport concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 30 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes.
What should I do with my old vehicle?
Many Porsche Passport members choose to sell their old vehicles. We are happy to help facilitate a quote through a local Porsche dealer. Please email us at email@example.com for further details.
What is the Porsche Passport joining fee?
The $595 USD ($750 CAD) joining fee is required for all new Porsche Passport memberships. The fee is non-refundable and charged when your first delivery is scheduled.
How well equipped are the vehicles?
The majority of vehicles are equipped with a mid to high-end trim package. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.
Are pets allowed in vehicles?
We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the vehicle and safer for your pet.
What happens if my vehicle needs repair?
Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, use the Porsche Passport app to notify us and we will get you back on the road.
Where can I find the insurance card?
View a digital version of your insurance card under "Your Current Vehicle" on the home screen of your Porsche Passport app. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.
What happens if I get into an accident?
First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us on our private concierge line. We will bring you a new vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.
How much advance notice is required for a vehicle flip?
While there is no minimum notice required, the best practice is to book a few days in advance.
What is the minimum commitment to Porsche Passport?
Porsche Passport is a monthly subscription service. Only a 30-day commitment is required. Your membership will renew automatically monthly after the first period. If you want to cancel, let us know and we will end your subscription after your current month has expired.
When is payment due?
A valid debit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas will be charged as soon as the flip ends.
What about fuel?
All Porsche Passport vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas. If you flip out of a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. There is no surcharge.
Can I move between the different plans?
Yes, members can move between plans at the end of their current membership month, pending availability.
Can I pause my subscription?
You cannot pause your account at this time. You do have the ability to cancel at anytime. We will work with you if you choose to return in the future.
Is there a useage limit or flip limit per month?
You may drive our Vehicles up to 2,000 miles (2,500 km) per month without incurring any additional fees. If you exceed the mile limitation in any monthly subscription period, you will be charged $1 per excess mile (km). Unused miles from a subscription month will ‘roll over’ to the following month (accrued mileage for your account) for a maximum of two consecutive months.
There is no flip limit for Porsche Passport members. Flip as often as you'd like!
Can anyone else drive the vehicle?
Yes, you can add one additional eligible driver to your account.
Are members responsible for their Porsche Passport vehicle?
Yes, we expect our members to take care of Porsche Passport vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the Porsche Passport app.
What is the condition of Porsche Passport vehicles?
Porsche Passport is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.
